In the case a user is found to engage in one or more of the above, their account will be terminated and no refund will be given.
Also, all sales are final after webmaster approval of photo. In the event a photo cannot be approved a refund will be given (except in the case of pornography or illegal postings).
The Author/owner of this website will to their best ability try to keep this site running smoothly, fairly, and legally.
